Its activity consists in creating, structuring, and transmitting philosophical and spiritual content, in person and online, for audiences worldwide. To this end, AghorWay LLC may collaborate with teachers, speakers, and contributors, whose interventions enrich its activities.

Its field of activity also includes online courses, publications, audio and video content, podcasts, individual guidance, and cultural or social initiatives connected to its mission.

In certain cases, to organize these activities, AghorWay LLC may rely on designated local partner agencies in the relevant countries, particularly for conferences and events requiring on-site logistics. These partners are independent entities, selected for their quality and reliability, and remain fully responsible for the services they provide. AghorWay LLC does not act as a travel operator or tour operator.

These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between AghorWay LLC and any person wishing to benefit from its services: teachings, conferences, seminars, individual guidance, and online courses. They do not apply to the sale of travel packages within the meaning of applicable regulations.

The services offered consist in the design and transmission of educational and philosophical content: teachings, conferences, seminars, workshops, and individual guidance.

The content, dates, duration, and practical arrangements of each service are specified on the website before any order.

AghorWay LLC provides an intellectual and educational service. Any material or logistical services related to the delivery of the activities (including, without limitation, accommodation, transport, meals, on-site activities, or any other service provided by third parties) are not part of the service sold by AghorWay LLC. Where applicable, they are provided by independent partners, who bear full responsibility for them. AghorWay LLC cannot be held liable for any failure, delay, cancellation, or non-performance attributable to such partners.

Prices are indicated in US dollars (USD) and/or euros (EUR), including all applicable taxes. The exchange rate applied is the one in force at the time of the order.

Payment is made in a single installment, according to the terms specified before the order.

AghorWay LLC reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one in force at the time of the order.

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have a period of 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties.

To exercise this right, you must notify your decision by email to baba[@]aghorway.com before the expiry of the period. AghorWay LLC will refund the amounts paid within 14 days of the notification.

Exceptions — the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

• Services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period: if you have expressly requested that the service begin before the expiry of the 14-day period and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed, no refund may be claimed.
• Personalized services: services designed according to your specifications or clearly tailored to your particular needs cannot be subject to withdrawal.
• Events and sessions on a fixed date: services provided on a specific date or during a specific period (conferences, seminars, workshops, retreats) cannot be subject to withdrawal once the date has been confirmed.
• Non-refundable costs already incurred: if you withdraw after AghorWay LLC has already incurred non-refundable costs on your behalf (reservations, registrations, services from local partners), these costs will be deducted from the refund, upon presentation of supporting documents.

The services offered fall within philosophical and educational guidance. They do not constitute medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and do not replace follow-up with a healthcare professional.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.

AghorWay LLC designs and delivers educational and philosophical activities. To ensure their proper delivery, it may collaborate with independent contributors and service providers. These contributors and providers act under their own responsibility and are not agents or employees of AghorWay LLC. AghorWay LLC cannot be held liable for their acts, omissions, delays, or failures.

Descriptions, images, and information provided by these contributors and providers are given for informational purposes and do not constitute a contractual commitment by AghorWay LLC.

AghorWay LLC cannot be held liable for the non-performance or delay in the performance of its obligations resulting from an event of force majeure or an act of God, within the meaning of law and case law.

If such an event occurs, the liability of AghorWay LLC is strictly limited to the refund of the amounts it has actually received. No additional compensation may be claimed, including for costs incurred by the participant with third parties.
